Over the past 20 years, she has worked in various capacities from classroom guide to school leader each role deepening her understanding of child development and what truly supports families. Her experience spans:

  • Direct classroom teaching with children across multiple age groups

  • School leadership as Head of School, overseeing curriculum, staff, and operations

  • Staff training and mentorship, developing confident Montessori educators

  • Parent partnerships, guiding families through educational decisions and developmental concerns

  • Inclusive education, with specialised certification in supporting diverse learning needs

  • Budgeting prioritises quality Montessori education with transparency and care. Every dollar supports exceptional learning, skilled staff, and enriching experiences for every child.
